My role
As the digital marketing lead, I was responsible for a comprehensive strategy that included:

- Managing digital marketing campaigns and content to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Redesigning the company website to reflect Geoconcept’s innovative solutions and drive traffic.
- Conducting A/B tests to refine marketing approaches and improve conversion rates.
- Implementing paid acquisition strategies and optimizing SEO efforts for better reach and engagement.
- Crafting product messaging and onboarding processes to enhance user understanding and engagement.
- Redesigning the lead nurturing and lead scoring processes to improve lead qualification and conversion rates.
- Implementing HubSpot to streamline marketing operations and data management.
- SEO and Content Optimization: Improved SEO strategies for the top five keywords, resulting in enhanced organic traffic and visibility.
- Lead Nurturing Revamp: Redesigned lead nurturing processes to better engage potential customers and move them through the sales funnel effectively.
- A/B Testing: Conducted systematic A/B testing on landing pages and email campaigns to identify the most effective strategies for increasing conversion rates.
- International Team Management: Provided guidance and leadership to the digital marketing team in China and India to ensure the successful execution of local marketing initiatives.
- Cost Reduction: Optimized paid acquisition campaigns, resulting in a decrease in customer acquisition cost and cost per click in EMEA campaigns.
